IR is the training of pilots for the needs of IFR flights under meteorological conditions for flights according to IMC instruments. The basis of the training is flying according to the instruments together with increased requirements for the technique of piloting. Practical training of instrument approaches and descents takes place along with flights along the track.
Training is carried out at airports with adequate equipment.
The applicant must have a PPL (A) or CPL (A) license with a qualification to operate the next night
Applicants must have at least ICAO English level 4
Minimum raid of 50 hours as commander of aircraft (PIC)
To start training, the applicant must hold a medical qualification of at least 2nd class plus audiometry
The theoretical part of the training takes place together with the course ATPL (A). A student of IR theory attends only some subjects from the entire ATPL (A) theory. A teaching takes place in the form of lectures, both personal and distance, with the help of our professional lecturers and is subsequently supplemented by self-study.
A prerequisite for obtaining IR is a successful passing of tests at the Aviation Authority.
The practical part of the training consists of at least 15 flight hours and 40 hours on the FNPT2 simulator
Before the first flight, a physical familiarization with the aircraft is carried out at one of our airports, according to the manual for the type of aircraft.
After demonstrating knowledge of the manual, the pupil can begin to conduct flights with instructors, following each step by step.
