Trainings

Under VFR conditions, the practical part consists of at least 6 flight hours.
Under IFR conditions of at least 15 flight hours and 40 hours of FNPT2 simulator.
MEPs under VFR conditions
Multi-engine aircraft
MEP is a qualification category allowing flights to be carried out on multi-engine aeroplanes.
The aim of the training is to familiarize the pilot with flying on a multi-engine type of aircraft. Training of engine landing, handling of thrust asymmetry and other actions related to the multi-engine type of aircraft are trained.
This part of the training is essential for all professional pilots and also for pilots who have flying as a hobby.
PPL (A)
It is a basic license necessary to start a career as a transport pilot. It authorises the holder to operate independently a single-engine aeroplane for which he has appropriate type training.
PIC CC - Pilot in Command Cross Country
It is a chapter of aviation training focused on navigation flights around the country carried out within Slovakia, but also in other countries such as the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Croatia and so on. Navigation flights are mainly planned to controlled areas and to larger domestic and international airports.
Nacht VFR
Night training according to the rules of flight under visibility is carried out exclusively at airports with adequate equipment. This part of the training is necessary for all professional pilots.
MEP - Multi-Engine Piston
Training and obtaining a CPL qualification entitles the pilot to operate in commercial aviation. It allows him to act as a commander of a single-pilot aircraft, or as a first officer of a multi-pilot aircraft, or as a flight instructor.
IR - Instrument Rating
Module designed to train pilots to fly according to the instruments. It forms one of the most important and challenging parts in the training of a transport pilot. This module includes theoretical training, flight simulator training and practical training.
CPL - Commercial Pilot License
Training and obtaining a CPL qualification entitles the pilot to operate
in commercial aviation. It allows him to act as a commander of a single-pilot aircraft, or as a first officer of a multi-pilot aircraft, or as a flight instructor.
Minimum requirements
Applicant must have a valid PPL (A) or LAPL (A) licence
Minimum raid of 70 hours as commander of aircraft (PIC)
To start training, the applicant must hold a Class 2 medical qualification
Theory
- The theoretical part of the training consists of 7 teaching hours for the MEP VFR training and for the MEP IFR the pupil is assigned to the course ATPL (A) Theory or IR (A) — Instrument qualification.
- Theory classes are organized in our premises at the airport in Košice.
- The result of the preparation is a theoretical examination at the Transport Office in Bratislava.
For thorough preparation for the theoretical exam, each client has their own e-Learning account at their disposal.

Practical teaching
The practical part of the training consists of at least 6 flight hours.
Before the first flight, a physical familiarization with the aircraft is carried out at one of our airports, according to the manual for the type of aircraft.
