After this time, personal data will be destroyed. Your email address will not be used for automated profiling or automated decision making.

The controller informs the data subject that the personal data is the subject of a cross-border transfer to the USA. The provision of personal data as well as your consent to their processing is voluntary. You can revoke the consent at any time in each received email via the unsubscribe link or at info@aerojob.sk. Withdrawal of consent is effective on the day of its delivery.

Granting consent does not affect your rights as a person. Upon written request, you have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data and to rectify, delete, restrict the processing of your personal data at any time to withdraw consent.
  • for the portability of personal data.
  • to file a motion to initiate proceedings with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
The right to withdraw consent

If your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time. You can revoke your consent electronically in any email you receive via a unsubscribe link, email, or in writing by withdrawing your consent.

Right to repair or change

It is important that we have the right information about you and we ask you to notify us if any of your personal data is incorrect, e.g. if you have changed your email address.

Right to restrict processing

From the moment you request the correction of your personal data until we can confirm the accuracy of your personal data (or change it according to your instructions), you are entitled to limited processing. This means that we (with the exception of the storage of personal data) may only process your personal data in accordance with your consent or, if necessary in connection with legal claims, to protect the rights of someone else.

Right of deletion

If we process your personal data illegally, for example if we process your personal data for longer than necessary or unreasonably, you may ask us to delete this data.

The right to initiate proceedings for the protection of personal data

The data subject declares that the personal data provided is true, current and has been provided freely.

This privacy policy related to the sending of the newsletter enters into force on 1.1.2021.
